Our formula is very simple. We set up the Japanese Headspa company for you from top to bottom for a fixed fee so you can start right away. You are 100% owner from the start. Several factors come into play here, and if required, we take you step by step so that you can set up a business independently in the future. This alone is a valuable investment.
We start with a DESTEP analysis of your desired location so that we have all the necessary data. We then create a suitable plan based on this and present it to you.
Upon approval, we immediately start working for you:
- Finding the right premises
- Dressing the space
- The necessary materials
- Spoiling and training staff
- Setting up the social media channels
- Bringing in the first 60 appointments with deposit
- We will also help manage the social media channels for the first month (by answering customer queries, scheduling appointments and posting content)
- Of course, we will also use our own social media channels to announce the partnership so that there is more reach.
